SAE Y-Splitter 2-to-1: Combining or Splitting 12V Accessories

| Two SAE devices, one battery lead — or one device fed from two sources. A 2-to-1 splitter covers both, with the same caveat as any split. 🔌 What it does: It gives you three SAE ends on one harness. You can use it as a splitter (one source feeding two devices) or, in reverse, as a combiner (two sources into one load). The 16AWG wire and 60cm/2FT length suit typical low-draw automotive and RV accessories. ⚠️ The same current rule applies: Whether splitting or combining, the current adds on the single side. Two devices drawing 3A each means 6A on the shared end. If you are combining two solar panels, the combined current must stay within the wire and connector ratings. 🔍 Splitting vs combining: To split, the single male end goes to the source and both female ends feed devices. To combine, the orientation reverses. Know which direction your SAE genders point before wiring — it determines which end is the source. 🛒 16AWG is right for tenders, LED accessories, and low-draw gadgets. For anything drawing 10A or more, step up to 10AWG. 🔗 CGCCable has a 16AWG 2-to-1 SAE splitter cable (2FT) for automotive, RV, and solar accessory wiring. 👉 BUY NOW:https://cgccable.com/product/sae-quick-connect-harness-32368 #CGCCable #SAEconnector #12Vwiring #motorcycle #batterytender #solarpanel |
